Looking to apprentice

I am a baker looking to work under/for a redseal baker that is able to apprentice me so I can work towards my journeyman. I do have 5years of exsperience.

Ive looked into courses at NAIT but feel I would benefit better working under someone. Is there anyone in the city willing to hire?

ANOTHER GREAT POST:  Polymer clay and art classes

I am exsperienced in decorating, baking and cooking.

You’re best to Google local contractors/restaurants, call them up, and ask. Even better go in person.

Check Upper Crust cafe. They’ve had apprentices before. They do scratch baking, cake decorating and also cooking

Hate to burst the bubble but you still have to take the culinary courses to get certified. Same as a welder, electrician, plumber, mechanic. Etc. No schooling means no certifications. And fyi NAIT helps with job placement too!
