Losing Hair By Fistfuls!

I am losing so much hair it’s scaring me. When I look in the mirror, it’s not as thick and full.

Dr says blood work is normal.

Anybody here have a proven method of stopping or reversing this? Thanks❤️

Biotin shampoo. Also you can take biotin in pill form. My mom was loosing lots and biotin shampoo helped her out. Her hair looks amazing now. I had minor loss and I am taking pills, using hair mask to reduce tangles and using less heat. Also using sulfates free shampoo. It helped. But really looking at my moms hair I am investing in Biotin shampoo next. But they also have rogaine shampoo in the pharmacy.

Bloodwork for hormones, iron and B12 levels are way too broad and most people fall between the gaps. PM me and I will give you the names of better MD’s and ND’s. 🙂

Are you on any diet. I am losing hair as well. Dr said if your eating is off you will lose hair. Alot of people who are on this new Keto diet or Atkins or just trying to eat high protien low carbs will lose hair. I also am using Biotin pill form right now.

Same thing has been happening to me for years. Everything is normal according to the common tests my doctor has done. But then again a specialist (rheumatologist) feels I have a auto immune disease so I would check that too.

Quit using shampoo. Full of harmful chemicals. Apple cider vinegar and water equal amounts or just straight on your hair. Your scalp feels great.

  24. Have you recently had a baby? My sister lost hair the size of toonies right after she gave birth. She sees a dermatologist and a specialist who injects needles on those bald spots. The hair does grow back. Harmone change can cause hair loss.

I had this problem a few years back…lost nearly half of my hair by the time I got it reversed and growing again. It was stress and anxiety that caused everything. I had one cortisone treatment and reduced my stress levels. Ate better too. My daughter gave me “magic kisses” too, lol, those are pretty powerful!

  27. Was in the same situation and stopping using dry shampoo helped me, strangely enough. This was recommended to me by someone else who had the same experience. Dry shampoo makes your hair a bit sticky and it pulls on itself
