Lost self worth

I recently got out a longterm toxic relationship and was belittled daily and i feel so ashamed and stupid for my preferences on anything.

How do i get back to feeling like im allowed to like my own things and be myself?

  1. You remind yourself daily that your options and preferences are totally valid. I was in the same position a few years ago. It’s hard becoming yourself again, but it does happen. Glad you got out!
