Try having the campaign helpers texting your phone and telling you to vote for one specific person in the running and even tell you what station to go to and what time you can vote until too as well.
This is not the first time that I’ve had this happen either.
I hate voting and everything to do with elections as these guys will stop at nothing to get in and won’t hesitate to harass you with their campaign helpers texting you too or even coming to your car when your trying to fill up with gas at the gas station.

    Leave me alone
If I vote – it def won’t be for you.
The Moe Banga team helpers need to chill

I thought you were supposed to base your vote on whoever has the most signs?

  7. Phone if they put their signs on your property. They are not allowed to do that.

    • Mac Simm Mac Simm says:

If the sign was placed on my property without permission, I would take pictures of it. Then I would pull it up and throw it in recycle. Then I would phone or email a complaint with the picture attached. I know you’re not supposed to touch election signs. But clearly they have no respect for property owners either.

I think you can call 311. There are rules about how far apart the signs must be and locations are pretty specific too

I just said this the other day. Do people really decide who to vote for based on how many signs are in their neighbourhood? Give me a candidate who decides to use no signs or flyers because they are ugly and they will have my vote haha

    • It’s proven that the typical non educated (non educated on the candidates platforms, etc) are triggered by familiarity.

If they’ve seen the name, they are more inclined to vote for the name(s) they recognize:/ that’s what’s up with all the campaign signs… you should see Beaumont! Lol

    • Ashley Cragg Ashley Cragg says:

People who aren’t educated on the platforms shouldn’t vote. In fact they should make you read a paper outlining it at the very least before they let you vote.

  14. Wouldn’t it be better to find out who is the better candidate and vote for them? Rather than have a hissy fit about the signs?

    [0]
    • Mac Simm Mac Simm says:

That information is available in the papers and online and on TV. Its not the signs and flyers so much as the VOLUME and placement EVERYWHERE, sometimes being disrespectful.

      [0]
    • They are annoying, I agree. I don’t think having a hissy fit on Facebook is going to make a difference though.

  15. Ndp out their sign on my lawn without asking. I called them. They didn’t come within 24 hours so I kicked it over and tossed it.

Those signs are an eye sore and shouldn’t be allowed.

Having 9 stupid names flashing at me over and over AND OVER when I drive by is in NO WAY going to influence my vote….at least not in a positive way.

So I keep waking up to this white cold crap on my property, dont get me wrong it looks like its everywhere but I swear their is more white stuff on mine than anyone elses.

I was told it was this mother nature who was responsible, she better smarten up or I will be reporting her to the police.

I’m just letting you know that if you feel the need to put your cold white crap everywhere Nature, you best be doing it else where. Not impressed.

  20. If I find any signs on my property, they’ll be ripped up & thrown in the garbage!

  21. Mac Simm Mac Simm says:

You can’t look past the sign, can you? If they don’t follow rules by simply being respectful and courteous in asking to post their signs, that shows their disrepect for electorate and a sense of entitlement.

If candidates are displaying this kind of behavior before getting elected, imagine what they’ll be like if they get into office.
